  • Inspect at Collection: Please check your Recipe Bag at the time of collection. If you notice any issues, such as damaged or incorrect items, please inform our staff immediately.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If something is wrong, we will replace the item before you leave the shop. If the replacement is not in stock, you can choose to receive a refund or store credit to use for another purchase.

  • Cancellation: Orders can be canceled up to 12 hours before your scheduled collection time. After that, cancellations are not accepted.
